TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing mchaesthetics.com or booking services with MCH Aesthetics LLC you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
MCH Aesthetics provides professional esthetic services including corrective facials, sugar hair removal, lash and brow services, and related treatments. All services are performed by a licensed esthetician. Services are not a substitute for medical care. Results vary based on individual skin type, condition, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended home care.
Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system at vagaro.com/mchaesthetics or mchaesthetics.com. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. New clients are required to complete a Skin Assessment before booking clinical treatments.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file. Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. MCH Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse future bookings for repeated late cancellations or no shows.
Memberships
Membership terms including pricing, cancellation, pause policy, and rollover credits are outlined in the MCH Aesthetics Membership Agreement signed at enrollment. All membership fees are non-refundable. A 3-month minimum commitment is required for all membership tiers.
Packages
All package purchases are final and non-refundable. Package sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. MCH Aesthetics does not offer refunds on services, memberships, packages, or gift cards. Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete health information on their intake forms prior to receiving services. MCH Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions or medications. Certain health conditions may contraindicate specific treatments.
Intellectual Property
All content on mchaesthetics.com including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of MCH Aesthetics LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
MCH Aesthetics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
