Hi, I’m Marinda.
At 19 I was pre-med, working as a medical assistant, on my way to becoming a PA. My daughter was born with cerebral palsy, and after months in the NICU, I couldn't go back to that world. So I found my way into hospitality instead, starting as a spa attendant at The Rittenhouse Hotel.
Over the next twelve years I built seven-figure teams, mentored other spa professionals, and was named a Dermascope Skin Savior.
I started MCH Aesthetics because I wanted a place where women aren't judged for their bodies, where people aren't treated like a number, and where men can feel taken care of without shame. My hope is that MCH grows into something bigger than just my chair, a place that creates real, fulfilling work for other estheticians and spa professionals too.
"Since getting licensed in 2019, I've worked in some of the industry's most demanding rooms, Forbes Five-Star spas, luxury hotel treatment rooms, brands built on volume and standards. What I learned along the way is that most people are either overcharged for care they don't understand, or rushed through a treatment with no real education behind it.
That's why membership here isn't just a discount, it's built so consistent care actually costs less the more you commit to it. And every visit comes with real explanation, not just a service and a rebooking reminder.
I hope that when you come to MCH, you leave not just with better skin, but understanding it a little better too."

Our Philosophy
Skincare shouldn't feel transactional. This is a body-positive space, no judgment, no shame, whether you're a woman who's been dismissed elsewhere or a man who's never felt welcome in a treatment room.
What You Can Expect
Membership savings that add up. Members save on every visit, get priority booking, and can swap their monthly facial for a peel at a fraction of the regular price. Consistent care costs less when you commit to it.
Education over upsells. You leave knowing what happened to your skin, why it was done, and what to do next, not just handed a bag of products and a rebooking reminder.
Real conversation. Your history, your concerns, your life, all of it shapes the plan, not just the service you booked.
